Transformer Assembly for INOV8 Burner Pump U-BendThis Beckett Transformer has been modified by INOV8 to hinge on the back side to allow easy access to the module on the waste oil burner. The wire has been placed into a conduit for safety code compliance. The transformer for the larger model S700 burner is a heavy duty transformer that is also modified with the hinge and conduit.

There are two sizes

The model numbers used are A2RA-7736

When the needle reaches the yellow to red area

When used with the gas-oil burner the coupler is also different

and Model IL for larger

A side vent model is available but requires at least a 20% de-rate on the boiler

and a rubber-backed washer

this switch turns on the amber light on the front of the burner

Use this when burning Waste Vegitable Oil in order to create a hotter combustion zone temperature and to contain the atomized oil in a tighter flame

This switch senses when pressure builds in the oil circuitry indicating the vapor eliminator filter requires changing

The top surface of it glows red hot with fire passing over the top of it

There are different size heating elements based on diameter and wattage for the various burners manufactured by INOV8
