SOLD (1930) Sailor Sam £125 BingSailor Sam is a lovely old bear possibly Chad, dating to the late 1930 40's. He is 18 inches tall, fully jointed and woodwool and kapok stuffed with a front final seam. He has one original pad and 3 replacements. He has a lovely old face, now that he has had his nose and mouth restitched, is still strong and wears a lovely sailor suit jumper. Should his new nose be vertical stitching? He has his amazing Merrythought Wishbone button in his ear and the original early label on his foot which reads "Merrythought Hygienic Toys
