Sólheimajökull mountain

That lavafall has the name Námshraun and what I read is that it came from an eruption from Torfajökull in the 19th century

This amazing waterfall is located in our famous golden circle when you drive towards  Geysir area

What goes trough my mind spending time there is what happened here cause these craters are I think 25km long and came in the biggest eruption in Iceland that we know of and people believe it affected the weather in France

It is a steamy volcanic area sourounded by lakes and mountainpeaks

This was taken the same day that the eruption started and only a few hours into the eruption

After I bought my first drone and saw this field from the birds eye view I've been trying to get this shoot

The first 50% is a deposit

I finally made it this summer in the perfect light condition

I sold few copys of that one early this year

I took this top down shoot with my drone in one of the trips home to visit my house

Next summer I will get another shoot with a different angle facing the drone down to get these moss pools at the end of the field
