High Seas 2022 PVHigh Seas is the end point of a 12 year labour of love commencing when a full barrel of whisky was loaded onto a boat and set sail from the very north of Scotland. The barrel journeyed halfway around the world on the high seas before being decanted and settling into its Bayswater home, ready to be filled with signature Bakery Hill peated single malt. 11 years of maturation later (equivalent to a good 22 years in Scotland) and we are proud to present

Limited Extended Aged Release (13 years)
