Hillrock 'Founder's 1806 Cask #3' Rye GiftsHillrock's "Founder's 1806 Cask #3" is a relatively new project from the Hudson Valley distillery, personally created by the company's founder, Jeffrey Baker. Aged 5 years, first in new charred American oak barrels and then finished in European wine casks. Traditional rye spice is complemented by ripe cherry and boysenberry notes, withered caramel and dark fruit on the finish. Very limited production only 240 bottles produced.
