Baby Bandito Stay Brave 2024 Region| ValaisStay Brave is the orange wine of the Baby Bandito bunch it is Chenin Blanc with a week or so of skin maceration, followed by some rounding out in old barrels. It is the ying to the yang of Keep On Punching; softer structure, still with lots of zesty acidity, but other notes like ripe pear and spicy ginger starting to show too. Like all of the Baby Bandito range, this wine gives a lot for very little!

Fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in old acacia casks before aging on the lees for 5-6 months
