Clic Clac 2025 Region|BordeauxA much loved ancestral method sparkler, lean and zippy this vintage with plenty of yellow citrus zest, pear and dry herbs cut through with a long, electric line of acidity that sets the mouth watering. The bubbles are impressively fine beaded for a wine made in this style. The overall character is unmistakably Loire and makes for a note perfect aperitif, especially at this low gravity. The blend is equal portions of Menu Pineau, Chardonnay and Chenin
