Christmas Cactus (2023) Private Press BrewingOur exciting Cactus Catalog blend, Christmas Cactus, returns this year showcasing some of our favorite aging stouts from our cellar. An equal blend of twenty six month Buffalo Trace Imperial Stout, twenty eight month Wild Turkey Rye Imperial Stout, and a team favored ten month Wild Turkey Rye Kingsnake base. Conditioned on New Caledonia vanilla beans, together this blend is giving extremely rich brownie batter with a balance faint tobacco throughout.

They were subsequently left in our coolship overnight to be inoculated with wild yeast and bacteria

We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you

We blended Bestowed from Russel's Reserve and Barton 1792 barrels and conditioned it on all of our favourite adjuncts
