Winter roads Size:42cm x 59cm, 16.5inches x 23.2inchesDuring the eruption and a closed road towards home we had to drive trough the south coast home to Grindavk. I took this top down shoot with my drone in one of the trips home to visit my house.

That lavafall has the name Námshraun and what I read is that it came from an eruption from Torfajökull in the 19th century

That lavafall ran into this Lake Frostastaðavatn

Next summer I will get another shoot with a different angle facing the drone down to get these moss pools at the end of the field
