Malihin Chryssos Vidiano 2020 (750ml) SamsoAt the age of 24, Iliana Malihin made a discovery that shook the waters of Greek wine. She managed to isolate the indigenous yeasts from the skins of Vidiano and tried to vinify it with them, observing that they give a unique character to the wine while highlighting the typical aromas of the Greek variety.
