With minimal skin contact, this delicate ros offers a bone dry style accompanied by a touch of weight and complexity. Think "lunch in Provence."

It actually reminds me slightly of the 2016

This harmonious combination is accentuated with the tropical-style Chardonnays from Montgueux

We especially recommend Asian-spiced duck breast or braised turkey legs with chestnuts

Sforzato is in fact the result of making wine from grapes wich have been left to dry on mats until December-January so that the sugar content is concentrated and a special taste is developed

Wine is aged 50% in barrels and 50% in wooden vats

Deep red color with purple flecks
