Bestowed - Maple Pecan (Rivington collab) Brasserie Sir John Brewing CoMaple Pecan Bestowed is an 11. 5% Imperial Pastry Stout conditioned on maple, pecan and chocolate. We brewed it in collaboration with our friends from @RivingtonBrew in Lancashire, UK. The maple adds a sticky sweetness to the pecans for a decadent, balanced treat. This Imperial Stout Is a blend of Imperial stouts aged in 3 different barrels from our mates at “Lady Of The Glen” these were a Tawny Port

taking it up to a massive 38º plato starting gravity

with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet
