The round bar bracket is welded onto a 2" square steel base and comes predrilled with two mounting holes. The steel itself is raw and unfinished in an industrial black grey color. Two mounts are available, left or right. Locally sourced raw steel. Towel NOT included We can make custom sizes too! 7 1 2" length thick x 2"
