Ron Barcelo Imperial Rum 70cl brofferThe Barcelo Imperial Rum is brought to us from the Dominican Republic and was awarded a Gold Medal in 2008 as it was considered 'Best in the Category'. It is aged for between 4 to 10 years and has notes of Dark Brown Sugar infused with Sweet Caramel and Toffee with notes of Apples and an underlying Spicy Undertone.

This lead to the revival of this unique gin which is the ideal aperitif for any festive occasion

It starts with aging in American White Oak Bourbon Barrels before being finished off in Oloroso Sherry casks

and pleasant

The Hatozakis Pure Malt Japanese Whisky is a blend of different single malts which are aged in three different barrels

created with a range of Botanicals and of course Cherries as the key ingredients

This allows the rum to shine through so you can appreciate the complex

citrus-lime

This creates great depth of flavour whilst maintaining and developing all of the complexity

shortly followed by hints of Toasted Brown Sugar and Tobacco

aged in American Oak barrels and cut using Rocky Mountain water

paying homage to the Gin produced in the Victorian era
